Studio Mood is a boutique, full-service Interior Design studio specializing in both hospitality and high end residential design.

PROCESS

PHASE 1: STRATEGY + CONCEPT

An understanding of the client and project needs is the cornerstone of every successful design. We identify the design problems and look for effective strategies to solve those problems. Presenting them in a creative and memorable way.

PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC AND CREATIVE EXPLORATION

Our creative exploration is developed further, providing every choice, from layout and materials to furniture and style; all with your design goals in mind.

PHASE 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Development into detailed concepts starts to form, and is further refined as we begin to document the approved design through use of floor plans, RCP’s, elevations, schedules, renderings, etc. to clearly communicate the design intent.

PHASE 4: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Proper execution is key to any successful project. At this stage, we ensure every element and detail works to enhance the design goals of the project. We prepare final drawings and specifications to move the design forward into construction.

Phase 5: PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

We continue to work closely with the design team and contractor to ensure the design vision is realized to the expected standards and intent.
